Job description
Sunset Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to plan, develop, and maintain HR programs across the Health Center. You will work with executives to improve retention, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities include directing compensation, payroll, benefits and policy implementation, while ensuring staff is properly credentialed and trained. This role interfaces with CFO/CEO as needed and supports strategic planning with HR insights.
