Job description
El Rio Health seeks a Health Center Manager to lead administrative and clinical operations at our health centers in Arizona. You will supervise a diverse staff, coordinate nursing and non-clinical services, and ensure delivery of high-quality care aligned with our mission.
You will oversee CQI initiatives, staff training, and adherence to HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, and regulatory requirements, while driving patient satisfaction and efficient operations in a nonprofit FQHC setting.
