Club Manager – Anytime Fitness
Location: Westchester, IL
We are looking for a passionate club manager to help members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. The role requires self‑motivation, leadership, communication, collaboration, and the ability to influence others positively.
Key Responsibilities
Membership and training sales – qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members.
Brand promotion – establish relationships with local businesses and influencers, coordinate B2B marketing, engagement campaigns, and community outreach.
Team building – inspire and foster a trusting, positive environment that encourages engagement.
Day‑to‑day operations – handle operational tasks such as running reports and maintaining cleanliness.
Culture creation – deliver top‑notch customer service and cultivate an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences.
Job Requirements
Experience in the fitness industry is not required, but great communication and soft skills are.
18 years or older
Friendly, outgoing, and warm
Genuine and honest
Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)
Technologically savvy
Self‑motivated
Good at managing time and schedules
