EY-Parthenon’s Deal Management – Health practice seeks a Director to lead transaction strategy and execution for complex healthcare engagements. You will guide teams across the M&A lifecycle and work with health systems, payers, and providers to shape strategic outcomes.
In this role you’ll collaborate with senior client executives, drive deal value, and lead integration and carve-out initiatives while navigating a dynamic, high-stakes environment. Hybrid work model in the US is offered.
