Job description
United Way of New York City is hiring a Manager, Benefits Navigation, Health Equity in New York City. You will lead capacity-building and technical assistance for community-based organizations under Medicaid waivers and benefit programs, focusing on SDOH screening, navigation, and referral workflows.
You will develop training materials, coach organizations, and collaborate across teams to strengthen Medicaid reimbursement readiness and cross‑program service delivery. Hybrid work is available.
