Job description
Ballard Center in Seattle is seeking a Health Information/Medical Records Director to oversee resident records and health information systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and state requirements.
You will establish and maintain electronic and paper records, coordinate with Nursing, Billing, and Admissions, support ICD-10 coding and PDPM reviews, and participate in survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
