Job description
Kingsburg Center in Kingsburg, CA is hiring a Health Information/Medical Records Director to oversee resident records, ensure accuracy, privacy, and regulatory compliance. This role reports to the administrator and supports facility operations with meticulous documentation and coordination with clinical teams.
Candidate should have 2–4 years in medical records, a high school diploma, leadership skills, and proficiency in medical terminology; familiarity with PointClickCare is a plus.
