Job description
The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery within the State of Illinois seeks a Health Information Associate for Madden Mental Health Center in Hines, IL to prepare and maintain health information records in accordance with accrediting and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include monitoring daily transaction errors, filing charts and reports into medical records, and responding to inquiries from patients, staff and hospitals. The position is fully in-office with standard hours.
