Job description
PACS is seeking a qualified individual to provide customer service related to the KYNECT program. The role requires assisting consumers in understanding their insurance options and facilitating their selection of health plans.
The ideal candidate will reside in Crittenden County, Kentucky, possess strong communication skills, and work effectively to provide accurate information in a culturally appropriate manner. Training and certification will be included.
