Health Insurance RepresentativeLocation: Columbia, TNIndustry: Health InsurancePay: $19 - $23/hrJob Description: The Sales Representative will manage incoming communications, perform data entry, and assist customers in selecting the right health insurance plans. This position requires a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet performance targets. No cold calls!Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism.Accurately complete data entry tasks.Guide customers through health plan options and assist in making informed decisions.Achieve a minimum of 20 processed policies per week.Maintain productivity and adapt to workflow changes.Qualifications:Health State License in TN preferred- but not required!High School diploma or equivalent.Previous sales or call center experience is required.Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.Additional Details:Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday, flexible start between 7-8:30AMTraining: Includes licensing training and exam (virtual online test) within the first two weeks if not already licensed.Contract-to-Hire positionAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
