Part-Time Team MemberWe are a small group of hard working, get it done kind of people, with a constant focus on new ideas, excellence and integrity. We are a fast-growing marketing company looking for a part-time team member with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for implementing ideas.Job Responsibilities:Contact prospective clients about insurance products and policies.Perform detailed Health Insurance sales needs analysis, identifying matching plans.Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.Assist clients through the electronic enrollment process.Assist internal manager and staff with additional customer service needs.Requirements:Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members, agents and carriers.Project management excellence with attention to detail.Eagerness to learn our niche industry and effectively create content for our customer base.Ability to work independently while staying on task.Positive attitude, taking critique and direction well.Must take initiative to help and resolve issues.Bonus Skills:Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Healthsherpa.About IntegrityIntegrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
