Job description
Medicaid And CHIP Section 1115 DemonstrationsLeads the development, review, and oversight of Medicaid and CHIP section 1115 demonstrations.Analyzes Medicaid policy, program, and financial issues, including budget neutrality and health care delivery and payment reforms.Provides technical assistance and policy guidance to states on demonstration proposals, implementation, and performance.Leads cross-functional projects, studies, and teams addressing significant Medicaid program and operational issues.Prepares briefings, reports, issue papers, and correspondence, and represent CMS with federal, state, and external stakeholders.
