Job description
Nascentia Health is seeking an Education Team Lead to collaborate with Health Plan leadership to plan, supervise and evaluate training and education across managed care plans. You will oversee curriculum development, training material, and delivery platforms, guiding instructors to ensure effective learning experiences.
You will lead cross-functional teams, by applying adult learning principles, quality improvement concepts, and HIPAA/state regulations knowledge to improve care management
