Safety Supervisor – Mission Critical / Data Center
Location: Muskogee, OK.
Salary: Open to discuss
Vehicle: Personal vehicle + business mileage reimbursement
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Safety / EHS Supervisor to oversee safety operations for mission-critical and data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction safety experience, with mission-critical/data center experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead daily jobsite safety and EHS activities.
Conduct inspections, audits, JHAs, toolbox talks, and safety training.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
Manage subcontractor safety and corrective actions.
Support MEP, electrical, commissioning, energization, and LOTO activities.
Investigate incidents and maintain safety documentation.
Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain a strong safety culture.
Requirements
construction safety/EHS experience preferred.
Strong OSHA knowledge and construction safety experience.
Mission-critical/data center experience preferred.
NFPA 70E and LOTO experience preferred.
OSHA 30; CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
