Job description
Oakmont is seeking candidates for its Health Services Director in Training (HSDiT) program covering the South Orange County & San Diego area. The program trains internal talent for leadership, rotating with department heads and gaining hands-on experience under a Health Services Director.
Salary range is $80,000–$85,000. Candidates should have California LVN or RN in good standing, be willing to travel statewide during training, and relocate for a permanent role within Oakmont's communities.
