Job description
Oakmont Management Group is offering the Health Services Director in Training (HSDiT) program in South Orange County & San Diego. Trainees are mentored by department heads to build leadership skills for a Health Services Director role.
The three-month program requires licensed nurses with RCFE exposure, willingness to travel statewide, and potential relocation for a permanent position. Salary range is $80,000–$85,000.
