Job description
Oakmont Management Group is seeking motivated licensed nurses for the Health Services Director in Training (HSDiT) program, based in or near the Murrieta, Carlsbad, or Upland markets in California. The program trains you to lead a health services team and prepares you for a Health Services Director role with department head mentorship and state-wide placement opportunities.
Salary range is $80,000–$85,000, with three months of intensive development and potential for permanent leadership roles
