Job description
Oakmont Management Group is offering the Health Services Director in Training (HSDiT) program for development within the Health Services leadership track in the South Orange County & San Diego area. The program provides structured leadership training and on-the-job experience under current Health Services Directors across Oakmont communities.
Salary range is $80,000 - $85,000 with opportunities to move into Health Services Director roles upon completion.
