Job description

Oakmont Management Group offers the HSDiT program, an advancement track for team members in Health Services who aspire to become Health Services Directors. Trainees are mentored by department heads, gain leadership skills, and rotate through communities to build on-the-job experience.

Salary range is $80,000–$85,000. The program lasts about three months; travel across California and potential relocation for a permanent position is required. Oakmont is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
