Job description
Ivy Park at Piner is a premier senior living community in Santa Rosa, CA, seeking a Health Services Director (LVN or RN). This role coordinates resident care and medication management under medical direction to maximize independence and quality of life.
The position requires valid CA licensure, RCFE experience preferred, and supervisory ability. Strong computer skills and background checks are required. Excellent benefits are offered by Oakmont Management Group.
