Job description
MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Supervisor of Health Services – Adult Day Care
Registered Nurse (RN) Health Services Supervisor
⚠️ REQUIRED TO APPLY: Applicants must have a current and active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license and be able to play a musical instrument .
Location: Brockton 1 Med Adult Day Center | Brockton, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Wage: $80,000–$85,000/year ???? Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Education & Qualifications
Current and active Massachusetts RN license required
Ability to play a musical instrument
2+ years of nursing management or supervisory experience
2+ years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do
Lead, supervise, mentor, and support the nursing team
Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and clinical compliance
Oversee health services for older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe, person-centered environment for participants and staff
