Job description
Bayer is seeking a National Account Director for Health Systems in the United States. This role drives sales growth within health systems, IDNs, and hospital networks, partnering with EVPs, RADs, and cross-functional teams to execute strategy and meet goals.
The incumbent will lead strategic account plans, develop product adoption strategies, monitor market trends, and coach regional teams with a focus on cardiovascular products and formulary success. Travel 25–50% is required.
