Health Unit CoordinatorBethany Children's Health Center - Bethany, OK 73008OverviewJob Shift Indirect CareDescriptionTo provide compassionate and competent care so that we have the opportunity to feel the joy of impacting the lives of our patients, their families, and our co-workers.Duty - Percent of TimeManage phones, call lights, parent meals, patient schedules, keep information at nurses' station up to date, coordinates/send out communication throughout unit, submitting tickets, coordinate bathing schedules, facilitate moves throughout hospital including room setup at admission and discharge. - 75%Assist with patient activity at nurses' station. - 10%Contribute to maintain a tidy work environment; cleans nurses' station and workspace, maintains stock of supplies and forms. - 10%Other duties as assigned - 5%QualificationsEducation: - High School Graduate or GED. Ability to speak, understand, read and write English required.Experience: - 1 year secretarial/office experience is preferred.
