Job description
Spring Creek by Bonaventure is seeking a Health and Wellness Director to lead resident care and safety. You will supervise the Memory Care Director and Assisted Living Director while coaching staff to provide the best care possible to residents who call Bonaventure home.
You will coordinate onboarding, oversee care service plans, supervise medication handling, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and clear communication with residents and families are essential.
