Job description
Bickford Senior Living in Peoria, IL, seeks a Health & Wellness Director to lead clinical operations and support our caregivers in delivering outstanding resident care in a vibrant, compassionate environment.
As part of the leadership team, you will coordinate after-hours on-call coverage, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with external providers to ensure high-quality care. RN licensed, CPR/First Aid required, with strong communication and organizational skills.
