Job description
Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Health & Wellness Director to lead clinical operations at the Manteno branch. The HWD partners with the Director to create a thriving, resident-centered environment and to uphold Bickford’s care standards.
This role requires an RN license, CPR and First Aid certification, and strong skills in communication, time management, and decision-making. You will supervise staff and coordinate care with providers to meet resident needs.
