Job description
HireNow Staffing is seeking a Healthcare AI Deployment & Customer Expansion Lead in New York City. You will own the post-sale lifecycle, configure deployments, and lead an early U.S. operations function to scale adoption of AI voice solutions.
You will build onboarding playbooks, drive go-live, manage cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Engineering, and leadership, and pursue retention and expansion in a fast-growing healthcare technology setting.
