Job description
Progyny, Inc. is seeking a senior analytics leader in New York to become the SME for claims, utilization, provider network, and financial data.
You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights to improve business performance and lead a team delivering high-quality analyses and reporting. You will build scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting using SQL, Excel, and modern tools, while partnering with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and inform strategies.
