Job description
Healthcare and nursing professionals can apply their operational and clinical expertise to AI research projects that improve how AI understands real-world professional tasks and language.
Key Responsibilities Develop industry-specific prompts and evaluate large language model responses.
Apply professional expertise to help improve AI understanding of healthcare, nursing, and administrative work.
Qualifications At least 2 years of work experience in one or more relevant or similar roles.
Eligible backgrounds include First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers, Medical Office Supervisor, Patient Access Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, Billing Supervisor, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Ability to work primarily asynchronously in collaboration with leading AI labs.
Work Terms Remote, asynchronous work that can be completed independently from your location.
Flexible hours with no minimum hourly commitment.
The program operates year-round, with projects opening periodically across areas of expertise.
Assignment to a project depends on project availability.
Compensation Up to $140/hr (depending on the project)
Eligibility F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
If your school requires a CPT course, the available work may not satisfy that requirement.
STEM OPT is not supported.
