Job description
Healthcare and nursing professionals can apply their operational and clinical expertise to AI research projects that improve how AI understands real-world professional tasks and language.
Key Responsibilities Develop industry-specific prompts and evaluate large language model responses.
Apply professional expertise to help improve AI understanding of healthcare, nursing, administrative, and workplace language.
Collaborate primarily asynchronously with leading AI labs.
Qualifications At least 2 years of work experience in one or more of the following roles, or a similar role: First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers, Medical Office Supervisor, Patient Access Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, Billing Supervisor, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Ability to participate in primarily asynchronous work.
Work Terms Remote, part-time, asynchronous work that can be completed independently from your location.
Flexible hours with no minimum hourly commitment.
Project opportunities operate year-round and open periodically across areas of expertise.
Assignment to a project depends on project availability.
Compensation Up to $140/hr (depending on the project).
Eligibility F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
If your school requires a CPT course, these projects may not satisfy that requirement.
STEM OPT is not supported.
