Job description
Apply your healthcare law expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through rigorous legal analysis, document review, and compliance-focused feedback. This remote contract role is designed for attorneys with substantial BigLaw or top healthcare-focused firm experience.
Key Responsibilities Review and annotate healthcare-related legal documents for accuracy and clear treatment of regulatory concepts.
Analyze healthcare policies, statutes, and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
Draft and refine contract language in accordance with U.S. healthcare legal frameworks.
Identify regulatory compliance concerns and potential legal risks in provided scenarios.
Provide expert commentary and nuanced legal interpretations for AI training data.
Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders to discuss findings and clarify healthcare legal concepts.
Qualifications Juris Doctor degree and active bar admission in the United States.
Substantial healthcare-law experience at a major U.S. law firm or leading healthcare-focused firm.
Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
Experience reviewing, annotating, and drafting complex healthcare legal and policy documents.
Experience advising on healthcare compliance matters.
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote project environment.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
No prior AI experience is required.
Compensation $140 to $400 per hour.
