Job description
Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead hospital-wide growth initiatives in San Diego. The role oversees Clinical Liaisons and Admissions Coordinators, building strategic relationships with physicians and payers while guiding admissions and patient access strategies.
The position is full-time, with standard Monday–Friday hours, and offers a base annual salary in the range of $125,000–$140,000 plus bonus incentives, commensurate with experience.
