Job description
Select Specialty Hospital - Tallahassee is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead admissions and advance physician and payer relationships in a post-acute care setting. This full-time role coordinates with Clinical Liaisons and Admissions Coordinators to drive strategic growth and quality patient access.
You will oversee a team, partner with hospital leadership, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize admissions and patient outcomes in a fast-paced LTACH and rehab environment.
