Job description
Sagility is hiring Seasonal Work-From-Home Care Coaches to support health plan members through outbound and inbound calls. In this role, you’ll help members navigate benefits, understand care options, and follow wellness or care plans. You will document interactions, use digital tools and workflows, and escalate complex needs to clinical teams. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with a people-first, inclusive team focused on measurable outcomes, continuous learning, and improving healthcare experiences across leading health plans and providers.
