Job description

Altura Medical Group

Danbury, CT

Part-Time IN person

Help Build the Community Presence of a Growing Healthcare Organization

Altura Medical Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-oriented Healthcare Community Outreach Associate to join our growing team in Danbury, Connecticut.

This part-time position will play an active role in building and strengthening Altura Medical Group's relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, schools, employers, and other referral and community partners throughout Greater Danbury.

Working closely with executive leadership, the Healthcare Community Outreach Associate will help execute Altura's community outreach and business development strategy while identifying new opportunities to expand our network, strengthen referral relationships, and increase awareness of the services we provide.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, developing professional relationships, representing the organization in the community, and helping build systems and initiatives that will support Altura's continued growth.

What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Community Outreach Associate, you will: Identify and research healthcare providers, referral partners, community organizations, schools, employers, and other potential partners throughout Greater Danbury

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare practices, community organizations, and referral partners

Help organize community education and outreach events

Support planning and outreach efforts surrounding Altura Medical Group's Grand Opening and future organizational initiatives

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

Track outreach activity, relationship development, and key business development metrics

Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Help develop processes, tools, and organizational resources that strengthen Altura's long-term business development capabilities

What Makes This Role Different?

This is not a traditional administrative outreach position.

Altura Medical Group is building its community outreach and business development capabilities as the organization grows, giving the person in this role an opportunity to help shape how those functions operate.

The position offers:

✔ Direct collaboration with executive leadership

✔ Meaningful ownership of outreach initiatives

✔ Autonomy to develop and pursue new relationships

✔ Exposure to healthcare strategy and practice growth

✔ Community and physician engagement

✔ Opportunity to develop new outreach programs and partnerships

✔ Professional networking throughout the Greater Danbury healthcare community

✔ Opportunity to help build scalable business development systems and processes

We are looking for someone who can both execute an outreach strategy and contribute ideas for improving it.

Position Schedule

This is a part-time, 20 hour per week, position based in the Greater Danbury area.

The role will include a combination of office-based work, independent outreach activities, healthcare provider visits, community meetings, and local events.

Because relationship development is a core component of this position, candidates should be comfortable regularly representing Altura Medical Group throughout the community.

Specific weekly scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.
