nFlexStaff is seeking a Compliance Auditor to work for one of our external clients, a non-profit organization that provides home healthcare services to the elderly, disabled and chronically ill in the New York metropolitan area.
nThis is a temporary 13-weeks contract with possibility to become permanent.
nSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, (1 hour lunch)
nIn this role you will be responsible for responsible for performing internal and external auditing functions for the Compliance Department.
nRequirements:
nnnBachelor's degree in health care administration, political science, social science or related field required.
n
nnExperience with PACE, Part D, LHCSA and Article 28 requirements
n
nnMinimum of three (3) years Healthcare Audit background preferably in a Health Insurance Plan
n
nnUnderstanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs is strongly preferred.
n
n nResponsibilities include, but not limited to:
nnnSupport enterprise-wide risk assessments and the annual compliance audit plan
n
nnDevelop and perform risk-based audits to assess regulatory, contractual, and governmental compliance
n
nnDocument findings, identify root causes, and present results with supporting evidence
n
nnPartner with leadership on corrective action plans and track remediation efforts
n
nnMaintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations while providing guidance to stakeholders
n
nnConduct site visits across NYC, Westchester, and Long Island
n
nnUtilize AI-assisted tools to support audits, reporting, and workflow efficiency
n
nnPerform additional compliance-related duties as assigned

nThe salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g. location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity).
nThe salary range for this position is $42.00-$42.00/hour
