Job description
Gallagher is seeking a Nurse Navigator in Phoenix, AZ to guide members through benefits, provide healthcare navigation, and assist with claims and prior authorizations. This role supports disease management and education, coordinating with healthcare professionals, vendors, and other teams to ensure optimal care.
You will work within the Kairos Division, traveling locally 1-3x per month within Arizona, and collaborate to promote comprehensive wellness and compliant service delivery.
