Job description
ENFRA seeks a Director of Construction to lead and coordinate all field operations in collaboration with regional leadership. You will establish safety, scheduling, budget, and quality standards, mentoring site teams and aligning delivery with client expectations.
You will report to the Senior VP of IS Delivery Region and drive standardized processes, risk management, and continuous improvement across multiple sites, with heavy travel to job sites.
