As the ADON,you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
Maintainingand implementing nursing policies and procedures that conform to currentstandards, the law, and our company's philosophy
Directing,evaluating, and training all nursing personnel with the help of the DON
Ensuringthe delivery of compassionate, quality care and nursing supervision
Performrounds to observe care and to interview staff, residents, families or otherinterested parties
Theideal candidate will possess the following: ValidIndiana LPN or RN License
Twoyears of experience in a long-term care setting
Highdegree of leadership and management skills
CurrentCPR Certification
