Job description
Sagility is hiring Seasonal Work-From-Home Care Coaches to support health plan members and improve healthcare experiences. In this remote role, you’ll engage members by phone, conduct basic health and needs assessments, explain benefits and available programs, and encourage use of preventive and chronic care services. You’ll accurately document interactions, follow scripts and compliance guidelines, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams when issues need escalation.
