Job description
Harmony Senior Services in Virginia Beach is seeking a Health Care Director to lead resident health care operations and manage a nursing team. You will ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and care staff to promote safety and satisfaction.
The role requires an RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years’ experience (3+ preferred). You will supervise staff, oversee the medication program, and drive continuous improvement in resident care.
