Job description
Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Health Care Director to lead the community's health and wellness activities and oversee daily healthcare operations. You will supervise nurses, medication technicians, and CNAs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and Harmony policies.
You will evaluate residents before move-in, develop individualized care plans, and participate in interdisciplinary reviews to ensure safety and satisfaction.
