Job description
Harmony Senior Services is seeking an Associate Healthcare Director in Simpsonville, SC. You will support the Healthcare Director by leading health and wellness services, overseeing medication management, and ensuring safe, person-centered care.
You will mentor staff, coordinate care with physicians and pharmacies, and drive survey readiness. You will promote resident independence, safety, and quality of life while ensuring adherence to state and Harmony policies.
