Prospect Rock Partners is seeking a Vice President to join its Equity Capital Markets team in New York, with a focus on life sciences and Biopharma. You will execute ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, and convertible debt, while engaging directly with clients and coordinating with the broader IB group.
The role requires 3+ years in investment banking, joint-bookrunner experience, and strong modeling/communication skills.
