Job description
InnovAge seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to plan, direct and oversee ERP, HCM, payroll, and other enterprise apps across the organization. You will lead a matrixed team, ensure SOX/HIPAA compliance, and drive multi-year roadmaps with business and IT stakeholders.
The role requires deep ERP leadership, healthcare domain knowledge, and proven ability to deliver complex technology programs on time and within budget.
