Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Assistant Director of Environmental Services in Beaumont, Texas. You will assist the Director in directing the housekeeping department and coordinating the Operations Managers to deliver high-quality service across the facility.
Responsibilities include setting standards, planning work, hiring and training staff, supervising, conducting inspections, coordinating with other departments, and assisting with budgets.
