Job description
The Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Director to lead our Maintenance Department and ensure safe, compliant operations for a 133-bed facility.
You will develop maintenance policies, supervise staff, oversee preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate with multiple departments to keep the facility in top condition and compliant with life safety standards.
