Job description
Ojai Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department ensuring safety and a comfortable environment for residents. You will coordinate with Nursing, Dietary, and Activities to align maintenance services with resident care and regulatory requirements.
The role requires leadership and strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and budget management.
