Job description
Milford Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to lead maintenance, housekeeping, and related services in a skilled care setting. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and safety functions to keep the facility safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and staff.
Responsibilities include Emergency Preparedness planning, budgeting, staff leadership, and ensuring compliance with health and fire codes.
