Job description
CommuniCare Health Services seeks a Full Time Director of Plant Maintenance for the Keyser Healthcare Center. You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO and state regulations to provide a safe, clean, homelike environment for residents.
Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, supervising staff, handling contracts, and contributing to center operations within the CHS framework and fiscal objectives.
